Our Philosophy
Our years of experience working with associations have resulted in a unique approach that drives everything we do and has enabled us to shape an organization that maintains a level of strategic insight, creative integrity, and effectiveness that every client deserves. As a result of our beliefs, we promise to:
Set expectations based on goals.
We make creative decisions based on your goals, not on aesthetics or a pre-determined menu of tactics. After all, opinions on aesthetics or tactics can vary among the stakeholders. But with us, you can be sure that our recommendations address the true needs of your organization, not the unscientific preferences of a key stakeholder. We also aim to set realistic expectations and then establish benchmarks to measure the results. After all, in most cases, there isn’t such a thing as a good quick fix. Because most actions called “quick fixes” are really just a lead in to long re-dos.
Tell you what we really think and believe.
If we don’t agree with you, we will let you know. But also we won’t forget to tell you why we feel the way to do. We believe that is our responsibility, regardless of the consequences. In addition, we occasionally ask the tough questions that others are afraid to ask. While these questions may cause discomfort, we have found that they are the only way to a problem’s root cause.
Help you evolve your communications.
To stay relevant with your key audiences, the style of your communications—and the medium in which you use for your communications—need to stay ahead of the curve. We also understand that the appearance of your communications can’t suffer even though associations don’t tend to have huge production budgets. At AssociaDirect, we use our expertise and firm understanding of your goals to suggest options that go beyond what you thought possible and deliver the breakthrough results within the constraints of your budget.
Say what we will do and do what we say.
If we commit to a day and time, then you can expect it to happen.
We deliver on our promise. Period.
