Our Process
1. Discovery
Discovery is the first and most important step in our workflow. In this stage, we gather all the bits and pieces of your project and your organization to assess the situation. The more relevant information that you can supply AssociaDirect, the clearer this assessment will be. After combining, organizing, and summarizing this information in the creation of a well defined project brief, we can then begin to tackle your project with certainty.
2. Research
AssociaDirect will take all submitted materials, conduct additional research, and apply over ten years of industry experience towards developing a set of goals and objectives that will achieve your organizations needs. Our developed model results in what we refer to as insightful context, or “the true nature of an organization’s unique communication problem acquired through a deep understanding of its needs.”
3. Planning
Information obtained within the discovery and research phases then allows us to create a customized goals and objectives document for your organization. Once this document is finalized we are able to determine which mediums and tactics may be the most appropriate to meet your goals. Finally, in this step we plan a course for the future of the project and ask ourselves how sustainable is this plan and how can we assure that it evolves over time?
4. Creation
In this phase our creative professionals, take all the information gathered so far and apply a concept and direction. The creative team will explore numerous conceptual approaches and ultimately distilled down to the most successful one. This approach will be presented to you based on their relationship to goals and objectives determined during the planning phase. This ensures that we meet the needs of your organization while avoiding personal preferences which may not relate to the intended audience.
5. Evaluation
Our system based on goals and objectives allows us to conduct an analysis of the project and its results after it has been completed. Doing so will create tangible evidence and serve as a launching point for future projects.
